Set up

Shipper, origin, destination, goods, weight, date and plates. Every item of art. 6 of Orden FOM/2861/2012.

What is the DeCA?
The administrative control document that accompanies every public goods transport in Spain, cabotage included. From 5/10/2026 it must be electronic, with a unique URL and QR. Missing or wrong data is a serious offence (EUR 401 to 600).
- Mandatory for cabotage; not for international transport (the CMR covers that).
- Free format, no certification or prior domain registration.
- Kept for 1 year; we keep it 18 months by default.
